Media monitoring service built for agencies and their clients
Running monitoring for clients means keeping their mentions apart, sending each client the alerts they care about and delivering a report every month that carries your agency's name. MentionAlert gives agencies separate client workspaces, routing per client to Slack, email or webhook, and white-label PDF reports that go out on a schedule, all self serve with a price on the page.
Client workspaces with their own keywords and roles
On the Agency plan you get 15 client workspaces. Each workspace is a client: its own brands, its own keywords and filters, its own mention history and its own alert routing. The 80 tracked keywords and 100,000 mentions per month are shared across the plan, so a quiet client and a busy client balance out.
Roles are set per workspace. Your account managers see the clients they run, a strategist can see all of them, and you can invite people from the client side to their own workspace only. Fifteen seats cover most account teams. Agencies with more brands move to Enterprise, which holds 50 brands, 300 keywords, 50 seats, SSO (SAML) and an audit log.
| Agency need | How MentionAlert handles it |
|---|---|
| Keep client data apart | One workspace per client |
| Limit who sees what | Roles per workspace |
| Bring clients into the loop | Invite client users to their workspace |
| Add a client mid month | Create a new workspace in the account |
| Programmatic access | API on Agency and Enterprise |
Alerts routed to each client's Slack channel
Every keyword has its own routing, and on Agency that routing can point to a different destination per client. A retail client's brand mentions can post to the shared Slack channel you run with them, a software client's mentions can go to their support email, and a third client can receive a webhook into their own system. Your team can sit in all of those channels or watch a single internal digest.
Instant alerts arrive within minutes of collection, each with source, snippet, link, sentiment score and the reach the source reports. Negative spikes trigger a crisis alert, which matters when a client's reputation is on the line. The social media reputation monitoring page shows that flow in detail.
White-label PDF reports scheduled to clients
Each workspace can send a PDF report under your agency's name and logo, weekly or monthly, straight to the client's inbox. The report covers mention volume, sentiment trend, top mentions by reported reach, the split by source, share of voice against the competitors you track for that client and the notable negative mentions of the period. The structure of each section is described on the media monitoring reports page.
- Your agency name and logo on every page, no MentionAlert branding
- Schedule per client, so reports land on the day each retainer expects
- CSV export of the same period for clients who want raw data
- Report period follows the dates you choose
Which plan fits your agency
| Plan | Yearly price | Monthly price | Brands | Keywords | Mentions per month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Team | $74/month, billed $888/yr | $149 | 3 | 20 | 25,000 | 5 |

A freelancer or a boutique shop with two or three retainers can start on Team at $74 per month billed yearly. Agency is the plan for client work, with workspaces, white-label reports, per client routing and API. Enterprise suits networks and larger agencies and adds Microsoft Teams, priority delivery, a 99.9 percent uptime SLA and invoice billing. Starter at $24 per month billed yearly covers a single brand. Yearly billing saves 50 percent and is the default on the media monitoring tools page.
